Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been received and cleared.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.


Delivery Methods

We use fully insured, tracked, and signed-for delivery services to ensure your items arrive safely.

Delivery partners may include Royal Mail Special Delivery or other secure courier services, depending on the value and nature of the order.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Shipping Charges

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Investigations may take several working days to complete. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the courier confirms loss.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We cannot be held liable for parcels sent to incorrect addresses supplied at checkout.


Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you upon confirmed delivery. Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.
